Back to the Primary School

I went back to school yesterday. It was the most amazing school that I have ever attended and I am very glad that my parents sent me to the nearest school from our home instead of the more popular primary schools back then. I'm still overflowing with excitement from yesterday.

Also from this trip back, I am so amazed at how life works out to be. Three whole years of not being back, all of us carried on living our own life and when our paths cross again, we seem to have continued from where we have stopped at.

Mr Tan KT is still as kind and humble as before and as fatherly as how he has always been. I was talking to him about my career options and thank you for offering great insights and possibilities. When I was waiting for Mr A Ng, caught a short chat with Mr Wong YK and he also haven't change at all - still funnily serious. As for Mr A Ng, caught up with him for a bit on the phone yesterday and he was so busy today that we didn't even had a proper chat but thankful for him to pick me up despite his busy schedule. Last but not least, Jeremy and I had a nice conversation with 蔡老师.

Great school visit and you need to ask my colleagues how hyped up I was the next day at work.

From the trip back, I realised that as we grow older, the teachers aged too. I love how some teachers turned into friends after 7 years and how we connect despite not seeing each other for the last 3 years. I'm really hoping to visit soon next Feb when my Internship ends.

Till then. :)
